At Phillip Elenbaas Millwork we do our best to give you quality products and individual service. As a result, we are proud to offer the following warranty:
Manufacturing Mouldings:
Phillip Elenbaas Millwork warrants the quality of our mouldings to be of good material and workmanship and to be free of defects which would render our mouldings to be unfit for its recommended use. If at the time a product is received it is found to have a defect, the receiver of the product must report that defect in writing prior to installation. If a defect occurs after installation, the receiver of that product must report that defect in writing within 60 days of that sale. This warranty may be void if the product has been improperly stored or installed. Phillip Elenbaas Millwork will, at their option, 1) repair the defect 2) replace defective material or 3) refund purchase price of product. Phillip Elenbaas Millwork will not be liable for the costs of taking down, refinishing, or reinstalling the product.
Purchased Products:
Phillip Elenbaas Millwork will pass on to the purchaser of the warranty of our vendors. We will not be liable for any amounts in excess of the manufacturer’s warranty.
